We want to see a wave of new cross-cultural workers from Europe to sweep over Europe and the world.

Our Mission

Partnering with the European Church and WEC branches in mobilizing, recruiting, training, and sending cross-cultural workers to make Christ known, loved and worshiped by the unreached peoples of the world.

Characteristics of our team

  • Part of WEC International working in Europe.
  • A mobile, flexible team that is seeking to mobilize, prepare, send out and care for new cross-cultural workers.
  • Working in countries in Europe where we as WEC International do not have a sending base – especially in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe
  • Working in partnership with churches and WEC branches to ensure the best possible preparation and care for new workers who want to join our teams and branches around the world.

  • We worked in the Middle East, Guinea-Bissau (West Africa) and in Cornerstone – WEC’s Bible school for missions in The Netherlands
  • Since 2021 we are leading the WAVE team
